With more than 16 years of continuous improvement-related experience, Christopher Meeks provides assistance in ISO management systems, Lean implementations, Lean Six Sigma classes, pollution prevention assistance, energy efficiency improvements and compliance assistance.

Chris Meeks currently delivers Lean Implementations, Lean Six Sigma courses, ISO Management System Implementations, compliance and regulatory understanding and assistance and project management assistance.
Chris has experience in providing assistance through an on-site, hands-on approach or through presentations in a classroom or workshop atmosphere.
Scope of Experience
Chris Meeks has worked with various facilities to develop 12 case studies that can be viewed at the Zero Waste Network website. The network is a collaborative project of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the University of Texas at Arlington, and regional environmental agencies.
Relevant Assignments
Chris has worked with over 70 companies to provide on-site assistance for environmental regulations, pollution prevention and money-saving strategies.
Chris has also conducted over 75 waste management and environmental cost reduction presentations throughout the State of Texas.
Education and Training
Chris Meeks received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Earth Resources from Texas Christian University.
Chris received his Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification through the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM) in September 2009, at the conclusion of a training program Texas A&M University conducted by the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).
Honors and Awards
In 2019, Chris was awarded by TMAC for his work with AV-DEC which resulted in record cost savings reported for the company.
Within his first four years with TMAC, Chris obtained his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Practitioners’ Bronze certification and an AS 9100 Lead Auditor certification.
Previous Employers
Previously, Chris Meeks worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for approximately six years before joining TMAC. His main focus was providing assistance to companies throughout the state on pollution prevention, waste management, cost reduction opportunities, environmental management systems and sustainability through site visits and training workshops.
Chris also served as a compliance assistance specialist through the Small Business and Local Government Assistance department and as an Environmental Investigator in the Field Operations department while at the TCEQ.
