The Goal of the Black Belt
The primary goal of the Black Belt is to develop the ability to lead project teams to solve small to medium business problems using basic and advanced Lean Six Sigma methods.
Training Includes:
- Live, in-person knowledgeable instructors
- DMAIC Process, Basic and Advanced Problem Solving Tools
- Three Textbooks
- Four (weekly) course notebooks
- Certificate of Completion
- Post-class project support by instructors
- Post-class project review for BB Certification
Pre-Requisites: None required. YB and GB are good preparation. Any past experience in Lean or Quality is helpful.
Duration: Four weeks
